About the Project

The customer wanted to upgrade their factory radio with a modern multimedia system that offered more features, improved usability, and a cleaner appearance. The goal was to replace the outdated head unit with a high-quality touchscreen radio that provides today’s most popular technology while maintaining a factory-style fit and finish.

The new radio adds a sleek, modern look to the vehicle’s interior while introducing advanced features such as a large touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calling and music streaming, GPS navigation support, USB media playback, and an upgraded user interface that makes every drive more enjoyable.

What We Did

We professionally removed the factory radio and installed the new multimedia head unit using the proper installation components to ensure a clean and reliable installation.

To protect the vehicle’s original wiring, we did not cut or modify the factory wire harness. Instead, we used a vehicle-specific wiring harness converter, allowing the new radio to integrate seamlessly while preserving the factory wiring. This approach makes the installation more reliable, easier to service in the future, and maintains the integrity of the vehicle’s electrical system.

After installation, we carefully tested every function to verify that the radio, touchscreen controls, Bluetooth connectivity, audio output, and all supported features operated correctly. Every step of the installation was completed with attention to detail, ensuring a professional finish that looks and performs like it came from the factory.

The Result

The finished installation completely transformed the vehicle’s interior with a clean, modern appearance and significantly improved everyday functionality. The large touchscreen display gives the dashboard a fresh, updated look while making navigation, music, phone calls, and media controls much more convenient.
